  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves our processing facility.

Delivery & Address Guidelines

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your delivery address when placing an order. Brown Advisory LLC is not responsible for non-delivery or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

  • Tracking Your Parcel: Once your shipping label is created, tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to activate on the carrier's portal.

  • Delayed Packages: While standard shipping typically takes between 3 to 7 business days, unforeseen events such as severe weather, postal carrier backlogs, or holiday spikes may occasionally cause minor delays.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your parcel was delivered but you have not received it, please check your porch, mailroom, or neighborhood parcel box.
